Healthy Environment Research Laboratory

This lab focuses on indoor environmental quality evaluation, performance testing of sustainable green building materials, and building environmental control systems. Working with the Architecture and Building Research Institute (ABRI), Ministry of Education, and the Environmental Protection Administration, the lab conducts testing, maintenance, and applied research on healthy indoor environments.

It actively collaborates with industry to develop low-emission and health-oriented building materials and spatial design solutions that promote wellness in residential and commercial buildings.

Key missions:

  1. Provide technical consulting and testing services for green building materials
  2. Develop new types of environmentally friendly materials
  3. Research green material policies and techniques
  4. Execute commissioned projects related to green building materials
  5. Promote international research collaboration and technology exchange
  6. Organize educational workshops, training programs, and seminars
  7. Establish sustainable housing technologies and practical IAQ improvement strategies
