The Master of Architecture and Urban Design program of Taipei University of Technology, "Smart and Healthy Green Building Group" aims to develop green buildings, smart buildings, healthy buildings, resilient disaster prevention, building structures and innovative building materials to create human-oriented, energy-saving and healthy living spaces by incorporating natural ecology or high-tech product technologies.
In the face of the disasters brought about by global warming and climate emergencies, we will address the sustainability and circularity of the built environment, explore theories and practices, and cultivate professional skills in design, independent judgment and research.

The emphasis is on diversified teaching development, with the following key directions.

1、Green building, intelligent building, healthy building, indoor environmental quality, innovative green building materials, building reuse, environmental control system and circular economy of building design, etc.
2、Design of fire prevention and refuge performance of buildings, investigation of fire prevention and refuge of building personnel, prediction and analysis of the trend of refuge behavior of people.
3、Architectural planning and design, architectural and interior design, digital design of buildings, intelligent Internet of Things environmental control, building resilience design and environmental adaptation, indoor air quality, health risk assessment, green building materials verification system. 
4. Building regeneration and sustainable design, building construction methods and materials, building durability assessment.
